Canadian, United States Friendship Cloth Patch

Canadian/United States Friendship patch. Colored thread, Kings Crown over Crossed Canadian Ensign Flag and USA Flag over Maple Leaf over Leaf wreath. 4" high by 3" wide. Thin black cloth backing. Shows age darkening and appears quite old WW1-WW2 era, with the Kings Crown. Well made. Not sure if Military, could be Boy Scouts or some other organization.
